i3Legal was founded in 2023 by James Stephenson. James has spent more than two decades advising businesses on complex commercial matters — in private practice and as Head of Legal at a global technology company. He has worked on significant transactions and understands, from the inside, what growing businesses actually need from their legal counsel.
i3Legal is what he built when he decided there was a better way to deliver it.

How It Works
The Legal Director Service is a fractional model. Rather than hiring a full-time Legal Director or instructing a traditional law firm, you have a senior lawyer available to your business for as many days a week as you need — working remotely, integrated into your team and focused entirely on your business.
