Ongoing counsel for a fixed monthly fee, or hourly instruction for a single matter. The structure flexes; the standard of counsel doesn’t — and you’ll always know the cost before work begins.
How it works
Every arrangement gives you senior counsel who knows your business. What changes is how much of that counsel you need — measured in hours each month, or days each week. Cost is agreed before work begins, and you use the time as your business requires it. Unused hours carry over, up to twice your monthly allocation, and the longer your commitment the lower the monthly rate.
Ongoing counsel
Senior counsel working with your business for an agreed number of hours each month, at one fixed fee. This suits companies whose legal needs are regular but measured in hours rather than days — commercial contracts, employment, governance and the decisions that come with growth. Choose the level that fits, and adjust it as your needs change.

Fees shown are for a three-month commitment and reduce for six- and twelve-month terms. Every level includes senior counsel working with you directly, unused hours rolling over up to twice your monthly allocation, no intermediaries and no surprise invoices. The exact figure is confirmed before any work begins.
Resident counsel
Where a business needs more than twenty hours a month, we move from a monthly allocation to a day rate — typically one to three days a week. Your counsel works inside the business as part of the leadership team, across everything from daily contracts to board-level decisions. Because the shape of these arrangements differs in every case, terms are agreed in conversation rather than published.
Hourly instruction
For a single matter — a contract, a review, a specific piece of advice — we work on an hourly basis. Because scope varies considerably from matter to matter, a rate is agreed as part of an initial conversation, before any work begins, so there is never any ambiguity about cost.
